Stock items will normally be dispatched within 1-2 Days.
Items that are not in stock will normally be dispatched within 4-5 days.
Customers will be notified if dispatch is likely to be longer than 5 days.

Refunds

Any customers who return items within 14 days undamaged and in original packaging will receive a full refund.

Any faulty items will be replaced free of charge within the first 12 months from receipt, excluding faults that have resulted from mis-use or incorrect operation.
